No, and the two do not stack. The waived build fee is the standing offer on this page until December 31, 2026. The Black Friday offer runs a shorter window in November and already includes this waiver alongside its monthly discount, so you are never paying a build fee under either.
7 days from the onboarding call on Baseline Ledger, 10 days on Operating Ledger and 15 days on Enterprise Ledger. The clock starts at the call, not at the order, because the call is where we collect your service lines and coverage.
You review the site before it is public and tell us what to change. Changes at that stage are not counted against your monthly revisions. Once live you get 5 revisions a month, any size, completed within 2 to 5 working days, and extra revisions are a flat $20 each.
No. All sales are final and we say so plainly rather than burying it. The protection that matters is structural: checkout only takes the first month of the plan, never the one-time build fee, and you review the site before it is public.
No. Order first, then bring what you have to the onboarding call. Most facilities companies arrive with a service list and no documented response times, and pulling those together with you is part of the build.
You do. The domain is registered in your name from the start, and if you ever leave we transfer it at no charge and provide an export of your content and articles within 14 days of your final day of service.
Yes. Tell us on the onboarding call or email us and we raise an invoice with your purchase order reference on it instead of taking a card at checkout. The plan starts when the first invoice is settled.
