Book a live demo
A 30-minute live walk-through of the FacilityWebStudio site you would get, built for facilities management companies, on your screen.

What we cover on the call
A sample service level ledger
Built around the service lines you tell us about, so you see the actual table format a buyer would read.
A page for your services and regions
What a service and location page looks like for a company your size and shape.
The plan that fits
We recommend a tier based on your enquiry volume and service count, not the most expensive option.
Whether the AI Engine is worth it for you
How the AI receptionist, site chat and message replies would handle your after-hours calls, and whether your volume justifies them.
Your current site, honestly
Speed, service and location pages, schema and what a procurement reviewer would find missing today.
Who books this call
- You are comparing your current site against what a documented, ledger-style build would look like.
- You are bidding on more contracts and want a site that survives a procurement shortlist review.
- You run more than one service line or region and your site has not kept pace with the business.

What operators said after their demo
We used to forward facility walkthroughs emails around and hope somebody had replied. Requests are assigned automatically, with a backup for when the owner is away. Holiday cover stopped being an archaeological exercise.

We knew the facility walkthroughs document was a problem; we had just never prioritized fixing it. Each section has its own link, so answering a question no longer means attaching the whole file. A printable copy still exists for those who ask.

Before you book
What exactly are we buying?
A fully managed, custom-coded website for a facilities management company, built around a documented service level ledger table rather than generic service copy. It includes named pages for every service you run, weekly updates, 2 to 3 researched articles a week depending on plan, enquiries routed into your CRM, and hosting, all on one monthly fee plus a one-time build fee invoiced only after launch.
How long until my site is live?
7 days on Baseline Ledger, 10 on Operating Ledger while the AI Engine is configured and trained on your services, and 15 on Enterprise Ledger with the Content Engine set up alongside it. The clock starts at the onboarding call, not at purchase, so the sooner the onboarding form is in, the sooner you are live.
Is this different from a CAFM or work order software platform?
Yes, and it is worth being precise about it. We build and manage your public-facing website: the pages a prospective client or their procurement team reads before they call you. We are not a CAFM, work order or CMMS software vendor, and the site does not replace whatever system you use to manage maintenance schedules or dispatch internally.
Is the demo a sales pitch?
It is a working session. We show a site built for a facilities company like yours, look at your current site with you, and tell you plainly if a managed site is not the right fit.
Who should attend from our side?
Whoever owns new business: the owner, operations director or business development lead. If someone else will send us the service commitments, invite them too.
Do we need to prepare anything?
No. If you have a service spec sheet or a list of the areas you cover, have it to hand. It makes the sample ledger more specific.
What happens after the demo?
Nothing, unless you decide to go ahead. If you do, you start with the first monthly invoice, complete the onboarding form, and the 7-day launch clock starts at the onboarding call.
Can we see the AI receptionist on the call?
We walk through how it answers, what it asks and what the call summary looks like, using your service lines as the example.
