A facilities management website template gives us a proven structure to start from, but nothing goes live until it has been rebuilt with your actual services, coverage areas and service level commitments.
Cost sheet
A template shortens the design decisions we have to make from zero: page order, layout patterns, how the service level ledger sits on the page. It never ships as a generic shell with a new logo dropped in. Every template is rebuilt around your brand, your actual service lines and your coverage areas before it goes live.

A template built for a retail brand or a restaurant has no natural place for a service level ledger table, a coverage area page, or a distinction between hard and soft services. Starting from a structure built for this niche means the pages you actually need already have a sensible place in the layout.
The layout patterns, spacing rhythm and component library can carry over from a template; the copy, the palette, the specific pages and every number on the site are yours and yours alone. Two clients on a similar template never look identical once real content and your accent color are in place.
Layout patterns already suited to service, location and ledger-style content.
Your accent color, your type pairing where relevant, your logo and imagery.
Every page rewritten with your real services and coverage, never filler text.
A starting structure can shorten the build timeline within your plan's launch window.
Saying plainly what the work does not cover makes the rest easier to trust.
Day 0
The plan and the build clock start. The build fee is not charged.
Onboarding
We agree the page list for this build work from your service lines, coverage and commitments.
7 to 15 days
Live in 7, 10 or 15 days depending on plan, counted from the onboarding call.
After approval
The $797 build fee is invoiced only after the site is live and you approve it.
The price is set by the plan, not by the page count: Baseline Ledger $137/ month, Operating Ledger $297/ month + usage, Enterprise Ledger $747/ month, each plus a $797 build fee invoiced after launch. What moves you between plans is whether you want the AI Engine answering calls and messages, and whether you want the Content Engine producing social posts and reels.

Every plan carries a $797 one-time build fee, invoiced only after your site is live and approved. The AI Engine plan adds AI usage on top of its monthly fee; text-message carrier fees are passed through at cost.

Client notes
If you only look at the design you miss the best bit, which is the inquiry form. It collects property use, floor area and service schedule up front, so the back-and-forth we used to do by reply has largely gone. Most mornings I can prepare for the callback from the first message alone.
Inquiry form and response workflow for facility walkthroughs
The time we spent on the facility walkthroughs wording was time well spent. The boundaries are drawn clearly: what the site settles, and what our people still decide. Correcting the site's accidental promises is no longer part of our calls.

The templates page shows current designs as they are published. Where none are shown yet, book a demo and we walk through a live example built for a facilities company.
No. It is a way of working, not an add-on charge. Pricing is the same three plans regardless of the starting structure.
Yes. If your requirements do not fit an existing structure well, we design around your actual needs; the build fee and monthly plan stay the same.
The structure may be similar, but every page is rewritten with your services, coverage and commitments, and your brand, so the finished site is yours alone.
Layout changes after launch are made as revisions. A full restructure is larger work; we discuss it plainly before starting.
Yes. Every blueprint has a place for the ledger table, ready for your real commitments.
No. Pricing is the same on every plan whichever starting structure is used, because the writing and management are the real work.
