Website development built for a facilities management company's actual buying process

Facilities management website development means a fast, custom-coded build with enquiry forms that route into your CRM and page structure built to scale to every location and service line you run, not a page builder with plugins bolted on.

Who it is for

Who this service is for

  • Facilities companies that need a technically sound site: fast on phones, connected to their CRM, secure, and built to add locations without a rebuild.
  • Operators tired of plugin updates, slow page builders and hosting renewals nobody at the company owns.
01

Fast by construction, not by plugin

Pages are custom coded and ship almost no JavaScript, then served from a global edge network. This is a construction decision made once at build time, not an ongoing performance chase against a page builder's bloat. Every page carries a 90 or higher PageSpeed guarantee on both mobile and desktop.

Fast by construction, wired to your CRM: Custom-coded pages; Almost no JavaScript; Served from the edge; 90+ PageSpeed; Enquiries into your CRM. Truss, the FacilityWebStudio rhino mascot, turns a valve on the pipeline.
02

Structured data that a table can hold

The service level ledger, location pages and pricing information are built as structured content rather than free-form paragraphs, which is what lets the table display cleanly, lets search engines extract facts accurately, and lets us update a single figure without rewriting a whole page.

03

Enquiries wired into your systems

Every form on the site, quote requests, walkthrough bookings, general contact, is connected to your CRM by API, Zapier or Make during development, so the first enquiry after launch already lands where your team works.

05Exclusions

What is not included

Saying plainly what the work does not cover makes the rest easier to trust.

  • Running any facilities service, or advice on your contracts, safety or compliance obligations.
  • Paid ad spend, printed collateral and bid writing.
  • Publishing client names, building details or certifications you cannot verify or are not permitted to disclose.

Live in 7, 10 or 15 days depending on plan, counted from the onboarding call.

Return leg: 5 revisions a month, each within 2 to 5 working days
07Cost sheet

What it costs and what changes the price

The price is set by the plan, not by the page count: Baseline Ledger $137/ month, Operating Ledger $297/ month + usage, Enterprise Ledger $747/ month, each plus a $797 build fee invoiced after launch. What moves you between plans is whether you want the AI Engine answering calls and messages, and whether you want the Content Engine producing social posts and reels.

Every plan carries a $797 one-time build fee, invoiced only after your site is live and approved. The AI Engine plan adds AI usage on top of its monthly fee; text-message carrier fees are passed through at cost.

Client notes

What operators say about this kind of build

  • The 'did you receive it?' calls about facility walkthroughs were a daily occurrence here. The new confirmation states what happens next and how to amend anything that needs changing. It sounds minor until you add up the reassurance calls it has replaced.

Submission acknowledgment and follow-up for facility walkthroughs

  • The facility walkthroughs preparation page does one job and does it well. Visitors arrive knowing what the first discussion covers and what they should think about beforehand. It has replaced the hurried afternoon rewrite of the same instructions.

Questions about facilities management website development

What is the site built with?

A modern, custom-coded stack chosen for speed and reliability. We manage the technical side entirely, so this never becomes something your team has to maintain.

Can the site connect to the CRM we already use?

Yes, by API, Zapier or Make. Tell us which system you use during onboarding and we configure it before launch.

Will the site handle a large number of location or service pages?

Yes. The architecture is built to scale to dozens of pages without becoming slow or hard to manage, and new pages are added as revisions.

Do we need our own developer once the site is live?

No. Hosting, updates and technical management are included in every plan for the life of the plan.

What technology is the site built with?

Custom-coded static pages served from Cloudflare's global edge network, with almost no JavaScript. There is no plugin stack to update and nothing for your team to log in to.

Which CRMs can the forms connect to?

Any CRM that accepts data by API, Zapier or Make, including HighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce and spreadsheets. We configure the routing during onboarding.

How is the site kept secure?

Hosting includes SSL, a CDN and DDoS protection, and a static site has far fewer moving parts to attack than a plugin-based one. Monitoring and updates are handled by us.

Can the development include a client or employee login area?

No. The plans cover a public marketing site. If you need a portal for your own clients or staff, we tell you plainly that it sits outside the plan.
