1 working day to hear back from a person, not an autoresponder.

30 minutes is the length of a demo call, no slides, no pressure.

United States is where we work, remotely, with facilities companies in every state, from Texas, Florida and California to Georgia, Illinois and Ohio.

Business hours are 9:00 to 17:00 Central Time, Monday to Friday.

01Service loop

What happens after you reach out

  1. Stage 01

    We read it ourselves

No ticket queue for a first message. A person on the team reads what you send.

  2. Stage 02

We reply within one working day

Usually sooner, with a specific answer or a time to talk rather than a form letter.

  3. Stage 03

We offer a demo if it helps

If your question is really "what would this look like for us," we show you rather than describe it.

Return leg: anything still open comes back to a person here

Client notes

What operators say about getting a reply

  • We knew the facility walkthroughs document was a problem; we had just never prioritized fixing it. Each section has its own link, so answering a question no longer means attaching the whole file. A printable copy still exists for those who ask.

Structured reference pages for facility walkthroughs

  • We suspected our facility walkthroughs content existed in two versions. The audit found more. Everything now lives in one maintained reference, with the duplicates retired or redirected. Updates stopped being a treasure hunt.

02Queries

Before you write in

What happens straight after I buy?

You fill in the onboarding form and submit it. It asks for your service lines, coverage areas, current service level commitments, your brand, your domain and where enquiries should land, and it takes about 15 minutes. If something is missing, submit anyway: you can send the rest by email or raise it as a ticket in your client portal, and it will not hold up the build. We then run one onboarding call to fill any gaps and agree the launch date.

What is the client portal?

It is your account with us, and you get it the day your site goes live. From the portal you request revisions, raise a support ticket for anything that needs attention, send us files you still owe us, and message our team directly. Everything to do with your site runs through it, so nothing gets lost in an inbox. You never log in to the website itself; we handle that side.

Do we need finished copy about our services before we start?

No. If you have a scope of work, a service spec sheet or contract language you already use, send it and we adapt it. If you do not, the onboarding call works through what your crews actually do, service by service, so we can write pages that describe your real capabilities rather than a generic template with your name on it.

What exactly are we buying?

A fully managed, custom-coded website for a facilities management company, built around a documented service level ledger table rather than generic service copy. It includes named pages for every service you run, weekly updates, 2 to 3 researched articles a week depending on plan, enquiries routed into your CRM, and hosting, all on one monthly fee plus a one-time build fee invoiced only after launch.

How long until my site is live?

7 days on Baseline Ledger, 10 on Operating Ledger while the AI Engine is configured and trained on your services, and 15 on Enterprise Ledger with the Content Engine set up alongside it. The clock starts at the onboarding call, not at purchase, so the sooner the onboarding form is in, the sooner you are live.

Do you work with facilities companies in every state?

Yes. The service is delivered remotely, so location does not limit who we build for. We write for facilities companies wherever they operate, from Texas, Florida, California and Georgia to Illinois, Ohio, North Carolina and Arizona, and build service-area pages for the exact cities and regions each client covers.

What are your business hours?

9:00 to 17:00 Central Time, Monday to Friday. Messages sent outside those hours are read from the start of the next business day.

Do you take phone calls?

The quickest route is email or a booked demo, so the right person replies with a specific answer rather than a callback queue.
