The monthly plan runs the site once it is live. The build fee covers the one-off work of getting it there, which happens once and is not repeated.

Home, a page per service line, a page per region you cover, about, contact and the enquiry flow, written for your service mix.

Response times, frequencies and coverage researched with you and documented as the table a facilities buyer reads.
Domain and migration
Your domain registered in your name or pointed, with anything worth keeping from the old site moved and its URLs redirected.

Every form connected to your CRM or inbox by direct API, Zapier or Make, and tested before launch.
Launch checks
Speed, schema and search set-up checked against the 90+ PageSpeed standard before the site is public.

You see the finished site before it goes live and say what needs changing. That round is part of the build.

Every button opens a Stripe checkout for the build fee only. If your plan was started on or before December 31, 2026, the fee is waived and there is nothing to pay.
03Procedure
How paying works
- Step 01
Press pay on your plan
Stripe opens a secure checkout with the build fee as its only line. Nothing else is added to it.
- Step 02
Pay by card
Card details are entered on Stripe and never reach this site. Stripe may ask your bank to confirm the payment.
- Step 03
Receipt by email
Stripe emails a receipt and an invoice for your records, and we send a confirmation that the build fee is settled.

Nothing recurring
This payment is taken once. Your monthly plan carries on exactly as it was, billed separately on its own date.
Questions about the build fee
Is this a subscription?
No. The build fee is a single payment of $797, taken once. Nothing on this page sets up a recurring charge. Your monthly plan is a separate subscription and is not changed by paying here.
Do I need to pay this?
Only if we have invoiced you for a build fee. Plans started on or before December 31, 2026 have the build fee waived, so it reads $0 and there is nothing to pay. If you are not sure, email us before paying and we will check your order.
Why is the amount the same on every plan?
Because the build is the same work on every plan. Each one carries the full site and the service level ledger; the plans differ in what runs after launch, and that difference is in the monthly figure. Choosing your plan on the button only labels the payment so it is matched to your account.
Is it safe to pay here?
Yes. The button opens a checkout hosted by Stripe, one of the largest card processors, over an encrypted connection. Your card number is entered on Stripe and is never seen or stored by this site.
Can the build fee be refunded?
No. All sales are final, and that includes the build fee, which is charged only after you have approved your site. The one exception is a duplicate or incorrect charge made by our billing: tell us within 30 days with the invoice number and we correct it within 10 working days.
Can I pay by bank transfer against a purchase order instead?
Yes. Email us with your company name and purchase order reference and we issue an invoice you can settle by transfer. Paying by card here is simply the fastest route.
