Website templates for facilities management companies

Designs built for facilities management companies. Every template is rebuilt around your services, coverage areas and service level commitments before it goes live.

01Asset block

Six faces, one per structure

Turn the block to see the six structures a build starts from, or take the list. The list is the navigation: every row goes somewhere, the faces do not, because a rotated face overlaps its neighbours and a click near an edge would land on a structure you cannot even see.

02Drawing register

Six blueprints, drawn rather than photographed

A template on this site is a page structure, not a skin. These are the six structures a build starts from. Each one is drawn here as it is built, so you can see the shape of the site before a single colour is chosen.

  • BP-01

    The specification file

Janitorial, custodial and soft services contractors

Built around a service level ledger that a procurement reviewer can read the way they read a contract exhibit: scope, frequency, response time and coverage, by area type, in a ruled table rather than a paragraph.

    Signature section

The service level ledger. A ruled table of scope against frequency and response time, filled in from your real commitments during onboarding, never from placeholder numbers.

    Pages it ships with

    • Home
    • One page per cleaning service
    • Specification and service levels
    • Coverage areas
    • Compliance and insurance
    • Request a walk-through
  • BP-02

    The plant room file

Hard services, mechanical and HVAC contractors

Built around asset classes rather than service names, because a hard services buyer is searching for the plant they own: air handling, chillers, boilers, fire systems, lifts. Each class gets its own page and its own response commitment.

    Signature section

The asset register. An index of the plant you maintain, each entry linking to the page that documents planned frequency, reactive response and the qualifications your engineers hold.

    Pages it ships with

    • Home
    • One page per asset class
    • Planned maintenance
    • Reactive and out of hours
    • Accreditations
    • Report a fault
  • BP-03

    The portfolio file

    Multi-site portfolios and national accounts

Built for coverage. A region page for every market you actually staff, each one written from your real presence there, with a single national contract page above them so a multi-site buyer sees one supplier rather than a list of branches.

    Signature section

The coverage map. Regions listed with what you actually run in each, so the page answers "do you cover us" before anyone has to call and ask.

    Pages it ships with

    • Home
    • National accounts
    • One page per region
    • Mobilisation
    • Account management
    • Request coverage
  • BP-04

    The tender file

Companies bidding for formal contracts and public work

Built for the reviewer who arrives with a scoring sheet. Accreditations, insurance, policies and case evidence are on named pages with stable URLs, so a bid document can cite them and an evaluator can verify them without emailing you.

    Signature section

The capability statement. One page an evaluator can open, read and score, carrying the same headings a prequalification questionnaire asks for, in the same order.

    Pages it ships with

    • Home
    • Capability statement
    • Accreditations and insurance
    • Policies
    • Case evidence
    • Bid contact
  • BP-05

    The grounds file

Grounds, landscaping and exterior maintenance crews

Built around the calendar, because exterior work is seasonal and a buyer wants to see the year. Services are grouped by season and by site type, with a winter service page that can carry a live status line during a cold snap.

    Signature section

The seasonal schedule. A twelve-month table of what happens when, so a facilities manager can line your schedule up against their own budget year.

    Pages it ships with

    • Home
    • Grounds maintenance
    • Seasonal schedule
    • Winter and gritting
    • Site types
    • Request a site visit
  • BP-06

    The integrated file

Integrated facilities management and total FM providers

Built to hold hard and soft services under one contract without either disappearing. A bundle page sits above two full service trees, and the ledger documents the single point of contact and the escalation route that a buyer is really purchasing.

    Signature section

The governance ledger. Who owns the account, how an issue escalates, and what the reporting cycle is, documented on the page instead of promised on a call.

    Pages it ships with

    • Home
    • Total facilities management
    • Hard services tree
    • Soft services tree
    • Account governance
    • Request a scoping call

Published preview sites are not up yet, and we would rather show you nothing than a screenshot of a site that does not exist. The fastest way to see a finished build is the demo: we walk through one on your screen, in your colours, in about thirty minutes. Write to with the subject "Template updates" and you get a note the day the first previews are published.

03Carried forward

What carries over from a template

Layout patterns

Section rhythm and the ledger table placement that already suit service and location content.

The ledger structure

A proven shape for documenting service levels, ready for your real commitments.

04Rebuilt

What never carries over

Your palette and logo

One accent color, your wordmark, no generic starter branding.

Every word of copy

Written from your actual service scope during onboarding, never filler text.

Your services and regions

The exact pages you need, not a generic set that happens to fit a template.

05Procedure

How a rebuild goes from template to your site

01

You tell us the services, regions and service level commitments to document, in the onboarding form.

02

We rebuild the chosen structure around that content, your palette and your logo.

03

You review it before launch and request changes as revisions, included in every plan.
