File FWS-15Mailing scheduleSaved On sending
Update the mailing schedule for this address
Stopping everything takes one field and one click and we will not ask you to reconsider. Reducing the frequency is offered beside it because most people who leave a list only wanted fewer emails, not none.
What we send, and how often
So you can pick an option knowing exactly what each one switches off.
| Mailing | Frequency | What is in it |
|---|---|---|
| Weekly article notice | 2 a week | A line and a link for each new article published on the blog. |
| Monthly summary | 1 a month | Everything published in the previous month, in one email. |
| Offers and product notes | A few a year | Changes to the plans, and the occasional dated offer. |
| Account and billing notices | As needed | Invoices, renewals and anything about a site we run for you. Not marketing. |
Account and billing notices are the one thing we cannot switch off while we run a site for you, because they carry your invoices. Everything else stops the moment you ask.
What happens after you send it
- Now
Your choice is saved against the address you gave and shown as saved on this page. There is no confirmation loop asking for a second click. Stopping everything takes effect at once.
- Within 1 working day
A person sets any reduced schedule you picked. Anything already queued for that address is pulled before it sends.
- After that
Only what you chose to keep is sent. If you chose to stop everything, the address is kept on a suppression list so nothing can add it back by accident.
If the form will not go
By email
Write one line instead
Email with the address you want changed and what you want done with it. That is all we need, and it is treated exactly the same as the form.
From the email itself
Use the footer link
Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link in its footer that arrives here with the address already filled in. If you are reading this with the field empty, the link was copied without its address, so type it in.
Your data
What we hold, and for how long
Only the address, what you asked for and the date. The privacy policy sets out the rest, including how to ask for a copy of what we hold or have it deleted.
Still need something from us? Contact a person, or read the FAQ if the question is about a plan rather than the mail.
