A website that explains your single-contract model before it lists everything under it

An integrated facilities management website needs to explain how the single-contract model actually works operationally before it tries to list every hard and soft service that sits beneath it, or the pitch collapses into noise.

Who it is for

Who this service is for

  • Integrated facilities management firms selling one contract that covers hard and soft services.
  • Business development teams that need the single-contract model explained before a buyer gets lost in the service list.
01

Explain the model before the service list

The advantage of an IFM firm is structural: one contract, one point of contact, one invoice, instead of a client juggling a dozen vendors. A homepage that skips straight to listing every service line buries that advantage under a wall of text. A dedicated page explaining how the model works operationally comes first.

One contract, every service beneath: One contract; One point of contact; One invoice; Hard services; Soft services. Truss, the FacilityWebStudio rhino mascot, holds up a single key.
02

A contract structure diagram, not just a claim

A simple diagram showing how the single contract sits above your hard and soft service lines, with dispatch and reporting flowing through one point of contact, makes the model concrete rather than adjectival. It is the signature section this kind of site needs and most IFM sites skip.

03

Hard and soft services, clearly separated underneath

Once the model is explained, hard services and soft services get their own clearly separated sections and pages, so the breadth of what you cover is visible without the homepage trying to carry all of it at once.

What is not included

Saying plainly what the work does not cover makes the rest easier to trust.

  • Paid ad spend, printed collateral and bid writing.
  • Publishing client names, building details or certifications you cannot verify or are not permitted to disclose.

07Cost sheet

What it costs and what changes the price

The price is set by the plan, not by the page count: Baseline Ledger $137/ month, Operating Ledger $297/ month + usage, Enterprise Ledger $747/ month, each plus a $797 build fee invoiced after launch. What moves you between plans is whether you want the AI Engine answering calls and messages, and whether you want the Content Engine producing social posts and reels.

Every plan carries a $797 one-time build fee, invoiced only after your site is live and approved. The AI Engine plan adds AI usage on top of its monthly fee; text-message carrier fees are passed through at cost.

Client notes

What operators say about this kind of build

  • We used to forward facility walkthroughs emails around and hope somebody had replied. Requests are assigned automatically, with a backup for when the owner is away. Holiday cover stopped being an archaeological exercise.

Inquiry assignment and staff handover for facility walkthroughs

  • I appreciated being asked to separate new facility walkthroughs requests from ongoing conversations. The sender picks the route, which means the best-informed person does the sorting. Returning customers no longer repeat the whole form to ask one question.

Questions about integrated facilities management website

How is this different from a general facilities management site?

The structural emphasis is different: an IFM site leads with explaining the single-contract model, since that mechanism is the actual sales argument, before it gets into individual services.

Can the site handle both national accounts and regional clients?

Yes. Coverage pages are built around your real regional structure, with separate framing for national procurement leads and single-site buyers where that distinction matters to your sales process.

Do you help us describe our dispatch process without giving away operational detail?

Yes. The contract structure page describes the mechanism at the level a prospect needs to understand the value, without publishing internal operational detail that has no reason to be public.

Can case studies be added later?

Yes, as revisions once you have outcomes and client permission to describe them. We write case studies around the contract structure, not just a generic before-and-after.

How do you explain the IFM model without a wall of text?

With a contract structure diagram and a short, answer-first page that shows one contract, one point of contact and the service lines underneath, before any list.

Can the AI Engine route enquiries to the right service line?

On the AI Engine plans it takes the details and passes them to the person or pipeline you choose. It does not give advice about a buyer's building.

Can we show national account capability?

Yes, honestly. Coverage pages document where you self-deliver and where you manage partners, if that is how you operate.

Do you write IFM articles?

Yes. Articles cover topics such as contract structures, bundling services and transition planning, written for buyers in the United States, cited to real sources.
